Can someone explain to me why Detroit Become Human was a bad game/story?

the whole slavery subtext was too on the nose and horribly executed. Forced love plots and several tropes that david cage uses in all his games. I think the only cageism that wasnt used was unexplained supernatural and an attempted sexual assault in an apartment. The story itself requires us to believe that humans (who were born in the 90s and 2000s) would be racist against robots similar to how conservatives are racist against immigrants even though in large, our generation knows that nobody is stealing our jobs, companies are just doing everything they can to screw people over and cut corners. Basically its just another shitty david cage game. a solid idea but piss poor execution

And then slams them together under the same banner of bigotry with all the care and subtly as a sledgehammer. Androids being forced to the back of the bus to literal concentration camps. And all appearing with no warning or reason except to be a suprise to the player
