he died days after his fight with english in a very unceremonious way so his death would not be heroic and he didnt do any villainy so it wouldnt be just either. The tooth that bit him was the gold one so he wouldnt have cherub poison in him if that was actually a thing. John is not fully dead. Hes just trapped. Dirk made terezi captchalogue his corpse to prevent resurrection.
