i love the sun and moon anime but pikachu the character was at his peak in the first season when he was just a bastard. just an absolute bastard of a rat. ash and pikachu’s turbulant relationship? pikachu just electrocuting everyone? it was peak. i think about ash wearing rubber gloves to handle pikachu all the time. look at this
