okay so was anybody gonna tell me that in episode 24 while moomin’s sick (from working himself up pining for snufkin, might i add) he feverishly imagines that the reason snufkin is late returning to moominvalley is because he’s in mortal peril and fantasizes about literally swooping in to save him like a dashing hero from a romance novel because dear lord
