Nope. Complex shrinking and growing is a First Guardian power - or, rather, Jade’s natural witch of space powers were augmented by First Guardian power levels, which is how she was able to shrink and grow entire planets and teleport people vast distances.

Being able to snatch Dirk from his distant spaceship and shrink him down jar size would, i firmly believe be outside the remit of standard Space powers even at God tier without some kind of augment. Even John doing the windy thing to clear LOWAS required the augment of Typheus’ organ. 

i dont recall this meme ever precepting that jade somehow snatch dirk out of his spaceship, i think you may be overthinking a gag a little bit. dirk is also not a planet.
