A quick sneak peek of the next post I’m workin’ on! My version of Navi!

I didn’t want the fairies to be as generic as teeny tiny humans with insect wings so I explored other options, all of which varied depending on the element the fairy had. For Navi, I figured she’d be an Air fairy and as such, I thought to make her more like a tiny humanoid bird! More human-like than the Rito for sure, but still obviously an entirely different species altogether. I went through a few rough sketches before settling on this one and I gotta say I’m pretty pleased with the result. uwu

I’ll be talking more about her and her fellow fairies in depth later, but for now I hope you enjoy the design! I had a lot of fun working on it. <:

All fairies (with the literal huge exception of the Great fairies) are pretty tiny. Think about as small as a small bird, like… a small domesticated parrot. Here’s a real quick doodle I did of OoT Link with Navi giving him a peck.
