Okay why does Batman’s new Justice League have mostly villains on it.

I mean I kind of got it when he had Killer Frost and Lobo on his last team. This version of Frost was trying to go legit, and Lobo is a mercenary, and I know Luthor was in the JLA at one point, but still though, this is Justice League Arkham all over again.

Based on the glowing spots, and Lex still sporting the S, I think this is from a bit back when Brainiac kidnapped the majority of powered people from earth and conscripted them to stop a bunch of planet eating Titans from going on an all you can eat buffet thru the universe. He arranged them into teams of heroes plus villains and gave them the costumes they’re wearing.
