Here you go, Officer Klax & Officer Doughy.
Officer Klax is very strict on rules and will chase anyone down in a second if he finds something is wrong. Despite his hard boiled demeanor he is mostly quiet and likes to keep to himself, but gets extremely loud when angered and is very easily startled.
His partner, Officer Doughy is more relaxed and chummy. Very patient and open to hearing everyone’s side of the story and just really wants to help people the best he can.
They are very close.
They don’t exist in the same universe as penny but idc a cute interaction is a cute interaction
