trans people who actively use their new name instead of their deadname but haven’t had it legally changed would be immune to the death note. in this essay i will
objection, the deathnote would recognize new name as the true name instead of deadname. deathnote doesnt give a shit about the legal situation of the name and would consider dead name as a fake name.
