In Malie City, there is a tourist in the library who will tell you that using the TM “Fly” outside of battle is actually forbidden in Alola. ONLY official pokerides like Charizard can be used to fly around the region if you have a pager. SO NATURALLY This little comic was all that I could think of after meeting said NPC :’D I can only imagine how many times Alola’s poor police officers have to pull over tourists and trainers who are not familiar with the rules…
