to be fair, penny or jawbreaker could easily be turned into a cuphead OC
You are right but I’m too dedicated to them living their own freelance oc lifes to attach them to a fandom
They gotta run free, be babies without boundaries. Also I’m not ready to think about Penny and/or Jawbreaker trying to beat up two kids.
