Feferi Peixes now in magical girl flavor! I had a hard time with this one since I definitely wanted to give her an obvious “mermaid” theme, which is harder than I expected when I want to keep the skirts and shorts, well, short. 

High-low skirt with a big ribbon in the back seems to work.
