An interesting take on it. Personally I feel that fundamentally they are still the same person, the same core personality and who they are. The warlord and the farmer would have a similar personality/worldview, even if their aims, beliefs, and situations were different. Also, I wonder who the chaotic clashing vaguely robotic sounding noises is?

Oh and dammit I forgot to talk about the time portion of it. thats a good way of looking at it, actually. Visuallising time as a map, forward and back, and the different timelines and loops. Helps me get my head around stuff, really.
