Straights couldnt handle our complicated relationship with gender and how we wore it like an accessory to be removed and changed to our liking so they watered down twink bear butch and femme to mean “the boy of the relationship and the girl of the relationship” and ended up retroactively changing how some of us approach the damn terms in our own community and I hate it
