There are some things which the English dub did okay. This is NOT one of them.

like the original voice actor is fucking feral, so this is on point
and the translation is localized just enough for less weeby fans to enjoy it without it being too much
That voice sounds exactly like what a character wearing a cape and sunglasses inside would sound like
