This is pretty bad in so many ways and you absolutely need to spread word about this but also? Why the chopsticks? It’s a Hawaiian food.
There’s lots of Asian influence in Hawaiian food, so that’s the least concerning part of this story.
This asshole can’t trademark a common greeting and a generalized category of food. That would be like trademarking “hello sandwich” and then suing Subway and Jersey Mikes for letting their employees say those words in a sentence.
