YES THEY ARE REAL AND ACTUALLY BANNED UNDER THE GENEVA CONVENTION

THEY CREATE TRIANGULAR WOUNDS THAT DONT HEAL NORMALLY BY THEMSELVES OFTEN LEADING TO A HORRIBLE DEATH BY INFECTION
