If you have all the dlc installed you can get

• a new heart

• a new spine

• subdermal skin implants

• implants to make him stronger, more perceptive, more enduring, more charismatic, more intelligent, more agile and somehow more lucky?

• he can complete tribal rituals to stregthen himself

• he can get a fucking hand from the biggest badest deathclaw ever who had been sitting in the impact zone of a nuclear blast for years, AND USE IT AS A WEAPON

AND THAT’S NOT EVEN COUNTING PERK!

dont forget that the beginning of the game starts with your corpse being dug up and and experimented on by a crazy “doctor” after you were shot in the head
