The best part is the backstory here, if you read into the thread, is that the player was a tournament judge who entered this deck as a protest with the hope of getting a deck size limit instituted. He saw other players running similar stall out strategies seriously, got fed up, took it to its absurdist conclusion, and successfully got a deck limit implemented.
