I think one of the keys to Breath of the Wild’s appeal is that it’s basically Troll Logic: The Game. Like, there’s so much you can do that’s clearly unintended by the game’s developers, but because of how rigorously it applies its own internal logic, you can’t really argue with the results. What’s happening is fundamentally unreasonable, yet wholly consistent with the observable rules.

Link lifting a piece of metal with the magnet and using it to lift another piece of metal and fly is pretty much the same as that one comic of two guys lifting each other into the sky.
