I'd like to hear more about the zora's culture, do they resemble BOTW's designs or the OOT desings? I'm not sure if I've missed this or not, so sorry if I have

As for your question, it’s a safe bet for any and all the designs that they’re based on BotW’s stuff primarily. I like the designs of the races from BotW the best and while I do tend to mix the designs sometimes, I use BotW as the basis of which I work off of for my own headcanon designs/redesigns. To show off the general idea of what each of the main races looks like in my headcanon:
