no this isn’t a joke, more like playing with a what-if idea where the story went with the old game journal entries where Mewtwo was actually stated as Mew’s offspring. What if he was born as a regular Mew but stolen by Team Rocket and experimented on and turned into what he is now. He has no idea and Mew probably wouldn’t tell him for fear of how he’d react
