“but won’t it affect your sleep schedule” you don’t understand. I don’t have a sleep “schedule”, I just go to sleep at certain times. that is not a habit! past performance does not indicate future results! some ppl are under the impression that oh if you go to bed and wake up at certain times your body will adjust and it’ll become natural muh muh muh BULLSHIT! my body does not “adjust” to me waking up at 7am and going to bed at 10pm every day like a normal human, it strains constantly against the horrid meaningless societal bonds that ask it to perform this pathetic routine. the second and I mean the SECOND my body doesn’t have to wake up or go to bed at certain times because of external factors it’s snooze time WHENEVER. my brain does not remember or care about me getting 8 nice hours of sleep at the same time every day for the past month, it just conks out whenever and wakes up whenever. time means nothing. I’ll sleep for 12 hours and wake up at 5pm and eat dinner for breakfast and take a little nap at 3 in the morning, wake up at 6am with the rest of my family, and then stay up for 52 hours playing video games.
