Apollo??
In the very recent past, bald eagles were a critically endangered species.
However, it seems more likely that Apollo is aware that he, as a bird, is surrounded by the bones of his direct evolutionary ancestors, i.e., the dinosaurs.
Blathers is also very aware of this, as he is also very a bird. 🦉 He considers the dinosaurs as his own distant family!
