Our party had arrived in another world aboard an enormous ship capable of interplanar travel. We left the enormous ship on a smaller ship to explore an an island and took a rowboat to go on land. The island had a little vampire problem, so this exchange happened:
Player A: Vampires can’t cross the sea! We need to return to the boat!
Player B: Which boat? You mean the boat, the boat boat, or the boat boat boat?
Player A: We need to take the boat to the boat boat! We can’t get back to the boat boat boat because of the sea monsters, remember?
Minutes later:
DM: So you take the boat to the boat boat. Night is falling. Where are you going to sleep?
Player B: I’m going to sleep on deck.
DM: Which deck?
Player B: The deck deck! I’m going to sleep on the deck deck of the boat boat!
