I CANNOT read uninterrupted blocks of text. its been fairly manageable over the years due to the reblogs breaking the posts up into easy to parse chunks for the most part as well as make it clear as to who was saying what. My main conniption with the new style is that it does not break the post up nor tell who said what.
Lets look like an old iconic post shall we?
There is no indication of which person is saying what or even how many people are involved in this chain. this removes all incentive to even bother trying to read or figure out whats going on. Its not a matter of literacy, its a matter of functionality.
