when boiling the water for tea, it has to be the perfect temperature in order for the drink to reach its full potential. too cold, and the tea’s oil is not properly extracted. too hot, and the oxygen in the water is eliminated, making it taste flat. it is only when we apply the perfect amount of heat that the flavor of the tea truly shines. tell me, zuko - are you the heat source, or are you the tea?
