I just read the line “President Donald Trump also indicated that federal squads would likely target cities run by the party that opposes him” in a real-life news article and I’m just thinking about how people really thought Democrats were overreacting in 2016 and that we should “give him a chance”

I mean Biden wrote the crime bill that got us into the mess we’re in today so maybe we shouldn’t be so quick to say he has nothing to do with our current problem with the police being racist murderers.
First of all, can you read? Where did I say “Biden has nothing to do with our current problem with the police being racist murderers”? I will be the first person to acknowledge that Biden as a candidate has some major flaws (I didn’t vote for him!). Second, I think we can at least open our eyes to the fact that Biden has acknowledged his past mistakes and his platform directly addresses the need to stop racist policing; meanwhile, Trump is an unapologetic racist who gassed peaceful protestors to get across the street. It’s not exactly difficult to spot the difference. And staying home or voting third party in November sure doesn’t help anyone except Trump, so stop acting like a non-vote for Biden is somehow Brave or Morally Superior when it’s literally just selfish.
