If the love square was reversed, Would anything actually change?

If Ladybug had a crush on Chat Noir, I doubt she’d actually flirt with him. She is professional and always in go mode when they’re together

And if she no longer had a crush on Adrien, she’d still be a super anxious and awkward teenager. Even if she only liked him like a friend, she’d still be painfully awkward around him.

And if Adrien had a crush on Marinette, its not like he’s be any more forward. Ladybug banters back with him, but Marinette is shy and awkward around him, so he wouldn’t want to do anything to risk their friendship.

And also, Chat Noir loves to joke around and banter with Ladybug. So even if he didn’t have a crush on her, he’s still be super encouraging and tell her how much he cares about her and make dumb puns at her.

Which brings me to my theory: the love square has literally already been reversed, but no one has noticed yet, including Marinette and Adrien
