I see some HEATED debates over the risks of “toying” with ouija boards in Halloween/horror groups I follow and I just want to say a ouija board is literally a toy for kids and if polterghosties existed I’d still seriously doubt that a piece of wood invented by Milton Bradley is a real magical conduit to their dimension

hasbro owns the trademarks and copyrights associated with the ouijia board so all you’re likely to contact is twilight sparkle or megatron

Here is the list of toy properties Hasbro owns the right to. This Halloween we’re gonna make contact with the Hungry Hungry Hippos, guys. If we get Mr. Potato Head instead I will still consider it a success. 

Sam. It’s 2020. The best we can reasonably hope for is a Furby.

(I wouldn’t mind Lincoln Logs. My older son loves Lincoln Logs.)

We gotta aim big! No Hasbro but Hippo Hasbro! 

God, can you imagine the pandemonium of summoning something through a spirit board and it sounds like a Furby. 

i always thought that oija boards existed for hundreds of years adn that hasbro just bought the rights to it to sell to kids
