THAT TWEET IS LITERALLY HOW I HEARD ABOUT THE PUTIN THING AND THEN I SAW THE SECOND TWEET AND I LOST IT.  I’d mostly been holding it together, but that one was the [The Good Place Chidi Pointing To The Dot On The I That Broke Him] tweet that broke me, now I am sitting here laughing and crying at the same time because I can’t process any of this.

For those wondering what the fuck is going on in this post, the short of it is basically:
- Quarantine brain + still no US election results from key states makes many people super fucking stressed

- A popular Supernatural m/m pairing apparently became by-and-large canon (canon implied) tonight, which nobody fucking expected because it’s Supernatural and the CW

- Vladimir Putin announced tonight that he plans to resign next year, many people only found out (because they’re too busy scrolling through ALL THE OTHER STUFF HAPPENING TONIGHT) through joke tweets (*SIDENOTE: No reliable sources on this yet afaik, but multiple gossip sites have posted it)

IT’S A LOT TO PROCESS ALL AT ONCE.

“you guys do know what you’re doing filling every social media feed with the same photo of misha collins right” = screenshots/gifs of the same key scene where the SPN ship became implied canon are really popular right now, which is echoing the massive site-wide “event” back in 2013 where fans of the character of Castiel (played by Mishal Collins) were spammed all over the site, to the point that it was all many people saw that day, just face over and over and over, that the whole site would basically be Nothing But Misha Collins, and it was called “Mishapocalypse”.  And now it’s basically being recreated because everyone is spamming Destiel (SPN m/m pairing) scenes from the episode

AND I AM LOSING MY MIND BECAUSE “MISHAPOCALYPSE 2020″ WAS THE LAST GODDAMNED THING I EXPECTED TONIGHT OF ALL NIGHTS
