god dashcon was so fucking incredible. like i know everyone remembers the ballpit and stuff but i don’t think everyone remembers how they didn’t pay the bill for the hotel so they gathered everyone in a big room and begged for $17k. and then everyone did the three fingers thing from hunger games

the fucking APOLOGY PANEL on the last day of the con are you KIDDING ME!!!!! like twitter sucks shit but they could NEVER. and i mean Never top this you genuinely can’t make this shit up.

one of the main entertainment that was announced at the con was steam powered giraffe, who cancelled of course. instead of giving out refunds to people who had bought special tickets to see them they offered them…..

oh also on the 2nd day the ball pit deflated and someone pissed in it. so they took it away on sunday

wasn’t the wtnv crew also supposed to be there. and then obviously cancelled too

it should be mentioned that the ball pit was brought by an attendee, not by the dashcon staff. Also its pretty easy to math out that theres some discrepancies between how much money the organizers claimed to have when asking for funds and how much on paper they should have had at that point.
