In late 2000, Nintendo teamed up with MediaBrowser to offer free branded Internet Explorer skins- a briefly trendy idea. The Majora’s Mask skin seen in this ad was one of the first. 

MediaBrowser went bankrupt ~1 year later when the dotcom bubble burst, ending this experiment.
