Well the koopas have the tank tops underneath their shells, so I’m assuming Bowser’s shell is removable? Like he puts his clothes on and then his shell?

OOOOHHHH NO, I’m not goin’ with that angle! I’m not gonna lie I was never a fan of the idea of the shells just like…. poppin’ off. It always felt weird?

On one hand I could just not worry about it and draw him in clothes anyway because he looks nice in them. On the other, I COULD say they can’t wear full clothes outside of maybe a pair of pants, so to simulate wearing shirts they wear like, clip-on ties and necklaces and arm cloths instead. Hmmm :/

The problem isn’t whether or not he can rock the look because he most certainly can! The problem lies in how he puts them on with that big ass shell in the way xD

Saying magic would definitely be the easiest route but I wanna try challenging that with something more practical before I say “AIGHT SCREW IT ITS MAGIC” x3 I love the body artist idea though, that’s a lot of fun xD

dei-ryuu said: This is funny to me cause I have a Bowser build a bear that my friend wants me to buy clothes for and that is my exact response every time it comes up.

And so our quest for the answer continues comrade ;w; Also that’s cute! I want a build-a-bear Bowser :C

puppet-limbo said: Maybe his clothes are similar to doll clothes? Its got an opening/velcro in the back so you put your arms through and then maybe there's a way he can tuck the rest in/under the shell a bit to make it appear seamless.

That could work actually! O: Lookin’ at Bowser’s design there seems to be at least some space underneath his shell around his neck and his hips, so this could possibly work owo

THANK YOU! ;w; I might end up going with this idea but I also like Puppet-Limbo’s suggestion, so what I might end up doing is mixing them. Like different maybe one is more a Koopa thing and the other is when they try to modify human clothes to fit them? O:

Kamek: Sire, the amount of money youre spending on custom outfits is bankrupting the koopa kingdom!
