The way to stop the supermutants from spreading the FEV is by pointing out to their leader that they are all sterile and would die out in a single generation. their leader is like “wait shit that cant be true. have any of you had kids? any single one?” and theyre all like “nah” meaning they absolutely have fucked enough to realize they cant have kids
