theres a game that works like that we used to play in highschool called mao where if you break the rules you get a card but the thing is youre not allowed to tell the rules and the winner gets to make up a rule. base rules are like uno with a regular deck but without the special cards. and you can only talk if its your turn or if youre giving someone a card for breaking a rule (an you have to say the rule broken each time). after that the rules are all up to the winner. you can make people say stuff with specific cards.
