@paganwitch420 Actually the vaccine is protein based. They inject you with the protein the virus uses, so your body identifies the protein as soon as it is introduced. There is no sample of the virus in the injection. The vaccine is not active. Some people, especially those with weak immune systems, will still get sick of the virus. The vaccine is not a shield. It is a warning system. You can still contract the virus.
