What she means: Clark asks Malfina the Demon Witch to make him the 3rd happiest man in Connecticut and agree to marry him. Who are these two happier men? What man, let alone men, could have more happiness than a man (who, let's be honest, is a solid 4) that has the joy and privilege to marry a hot demon giantess with a heart of gold that could vaporize all detractors?

I have been to Connecticut. Euphoria is in short supply there, so suspending disbelief for this narrative is a struggle.
