The show is transphobic, Seth McFarlane is transphobic, your rhetoric is transphobic, and I’d bet my bottom dollar that you follow suit. 

Yes. A show known for making fun of everything including it’s own actors and even other shows made by the same guy is particularly discriminate towards transgenders because they made one joke.
