we as a society need to stop acting like anything less than 60fps is bad. there are things that are made for lower framerates and look terrible at 60fps. Spiderverse looks bad at 60fps. OoT looks bad at 60fps. but they do look good at the framerate they were made to be at. because they were made at those specific framerates.
