so uh the rainbow high line is actually a spin off from, you might want to sit down for this... poopsie slime surprise

It started with pooping baby unicorns that you shake to make slime then it expanded to blindbag anthro characters in small LPS sizes then fantasy friends that were a mix of babies and anthro characters in about 6″ size. They hit gold with Poopsie Rainbow Surprise 14″ dolls (amaya, willow and and sunny are based on their 14″ versions) and revealed they’d hired Culur to sculpt a fashion doll line aaand that’s how we ended up with Rainbow High, a totally normal seeming fashion doll line that started out as a glittery poop slime gimmick toy.

The blindbags contained one of the most obnoxious slimes I’ve ever seen in a toy. The variant was called “cotton candy” and if that sucker came into contact with any form of moisture, it turned into a sticky hellish mess. Only thing I found capable of removing it at that point was straight up acetone. And it didn’t dry out! Ever! You could find that stuff in a drawer two years later and it was still a single microdrop of water away from becoming a plague upon your house.

RIP to all the carpets, clothes, toys and god knows what else ruined by poopsie cotton candy slime.
