are there shade shelters? are there signs in braille? are there both visible and audible redundancy announcements? are the schedules accurate? can you get a schedule without a phone? is the fare affordable? are there maps and signage in applicable languages? (and braille, again) can your buses and trains actually accommodate more than one wheelchair user at a time?
