2. People are born with who and/or what they are and aspire to be. Even you.

I know there are people who disbelieve in Gods, God, and/or dieties and supernatural causalities yet still think in logic that homosexuality is unnatural (High chances are, they probably didn’t read any discoveries about epigenetics, and I always challenge them on that notion). Simply put, there is a difference. Disbelief in Gods doesn’t automatically make you smarter.

Actually, someone can be sued for telling someone to kill themselves because the government only protects speech as long as there is no clear and present danger. telling someone to kill themselves presents a clear and present danger.
