Not just man-eating. “Cannibal” plants don’t eat humans - they digest too slowly and are much too weak.

I’ve never really heard anyone call carnivorous plants cannibal plants, I’ve only heard ‘cannibal plant’ in reference to the sims but those are technically called cow plants. But I’m sure people have called them cannibal plants, which in that case they’re assuming it means ‘meat eating’ which is also wrong

Or they’re using it RIGHT, and it means a plant-eating plant, like in the example of the “My Magic Grandpa” masterpiece.

Then google used it wrong because it auto searches for carnivorous plants when you put in cannibal plants and won’t bring up anything about plant eating plants so now I’m not sure how you find them -headdesk-

even if a plant COULD eat a plant i dont think it would be cannibal unless it ate the same species of plant
