I don’t do audio books but other members of the seanan Discord assure me that it’s very well done, and I love the story about an asexual girl going to a school for people who want to return to their portal fantasy and solving a murder case before her portal calls her Home :3

  10. trensu said: Seconding The Locked Tomb series! I also liked The City We Became by NK Jemisin; the narrator was able to adopt like EVERY new york accent to have ever existed at the drop of a hat
  11. knittingnoodle said: I always loved the audio book Dragon Rider by Cornelia Funke (author) read by Brendan Fraser, one of those stories that shaped me as a person growing up
  12. crypticcryptocryptids said: cricket in times square 👍 (< out of touch with the kids) (but actually the narrator is really good and it’s a pleasant listen)
  13. adjectivemage said: There’s also minecraft playing in the background but its just the audiobook, the other version of the audiobook on youtube has weird beeps at random volumes but the one with minecraft gameplay has the unaltered audio
  14. adjectivemage said: The Murderbot Diaries has a narrator that sounds like a fantastic pissed off ai. The first books on youtube in audiobook format. youtube.com/watch?v…
