I do have to say period cramps are quite terrible and I have no clue why I didn’t think of them, especially since I have PCOS. While a lot of people mentioned fainting and vomiting, I just remember it hurting too much to move. I’d have to sprawl out and do deep breathing to keep myself together. God those are terrible, it’s a horrific pain I can’t describe, almost like you’re being ripped apart from the inside.
