I hold truth very high so…

I would tell her that her parents are dead because she would probably find out when we get to Savannah. I am not a religious person but I do have some values, truth being the biggest. And I believe that the biggest sin of all is giving false hope, which is my main problem with religion. Now it’s okay to believe whatever you want, I’m not going to tell you it’s wrong but that doesn’t mean I have to like it. I’m not going to get mad at someone because of their religion but I will still not like the aspect of certain religions that say if you follow these rules, you have a paradise you can go to after you die. 

I personally believe that nothing is worse than giving false hope because one of two things happen. 

A) they discover it wasn’t true and that can emotionally traumatize them depending on how much they trusted the person who said it was true, what it was about and how they found out it wasn’t true

or B) they die not knowing it was fake and suffer from ignorance.

So the truth is very important to me.
