This woman’s name is Amy, and she owns a bakery/restaurant called Amy’s Baking Company. Not only do they serve the customers store-bought food under the pretense of it being gourmet and house-made, but they treat their customers absolutely terribly. This woman once chased two guys out of her restaurant because they had decided to leave after waiting 2 HOURS FOR THEIR FOOD. SHE WAS PISSED BECAUSE THEY DIDN’T PAY FOR IT. IT’S ALSO PROBABLY GOOD TO MENTION THAT SHE DOESN’T LET THE SERVERS HAVE TIPS, WHICH IF YOU’VE NEVER WORKED AT A RESTAURANT, MEANS THAT THEY GET PAYED FAR BELOW MINIMUM WAGE. AT THE TIME OF THE KITCHEN NIGHTMARES EPISODE, SHE AND HER HUSBAND OPENLY CONFESSED TO FIRING OVER A HUNDRED EMPLOYEES IN FIVE MONTHS. GORDON RAMSAY GAVE UP ON HER.

Why do people think badly of Gordon? I mean, he literally screams at anyone who thinks too high of them selves, it doesn’t matter who it is. He destroys their golden pedestal and tries to make them humble and good at what they’re doing with the reputation to back it up. Yet this lady came on about being completely psychotic that even Ramsey could handle it. Ramsey. Couldn’t. Handle. Her. He gave up on her and seemed quite devastated because of it. He truly wanted to help.

The link doesn’t appear to be working and I have only found the video in one part so here is Part 1, I could not find the other half to the video or a link to the full episode at this time. However, I only needed to watch 5 minutes of the video to see that she is insane. I didn’t think she could be THAT crazy, but she’s fucking crazy.

Gordon Ramsey is actually a good person. Whenever he taught the children, he knew that yelling at them won’t help. A little girl messed up on a dish once and he asked here where. She didn’t know and he told her she should work backwards to find out. He only yells at people who are fucking retards. Amy fired an employee ON CAMERA for asking “Are you sure” when she was told that a dish was to go to a certain table because another table had a similar order. All in all, the episode is worth watching because you have to be a special kind of stupid to get Ramsey to give up on you.
