It’s not everyone, just the people who paid to see nightvale preform at dashcon as compensation for nightvale canceling months in advance.

Dashcon was an attempt at a tumblrcon, plans didn’t work out so they brought in a bounce house and a ballpit for entertainment. Those who paid extra for reserved seating got an extra hour in the ballpit.
