Lol, I just made a list talking bout too, but yeah, foxy, chica, and bonnie are supposed female, mostly cause of their feminine names (I.e. foxy and bonnie)
All of them but freddy were originally intended to be female but only foxy was changed to male. He is referred to as a he by the other guard.
